Skirting:

Please note:

Skirting is required before shipping. We do not offer skirting services, all fiber must arrive pre-skirted.
If fiber arrives unskirted, a skirting fee of $50 per hour will apply.
Should the fiber contain excessive vegetable matter (VM) or contaminants, we may need to return it at your expense or, with your permission, responsibly dispose of it.

Washing:

10/lb

Minimum weight charge is 1 lb pound

Includes - tumbling, soaking, washing (2 washes)

Carding:

22-26/lb

Minimum weight charge is 3 pound per batch/lot

Included: tumbling, soaking, washing (2 washes), picking, 1 pass through fiber separator (if needed or requested)

Cloud - $22/lb

Batts - $22/lb

Roving Loose- $22/lb

Roving Bumps - $24/lb

Sliver (1 pass through Drafter) Loose - $24/lb

Sliver (2 passes through Drafter) Loose - $26/lb

Core Spun (rug yarn) - $24/lb

Yarn:

30-40/lb

Discounts:

5% for Tennessee Alpaca Association Members

Service Agreement:

All orders require a 25% deposit
Final invoice plus shipping is due upon completion.
Order must to be picked up or shipped within 60 days of completion. Invoices not paid within 60 days become property of Fiber Farm Mill, LLC.
Incoming fiber will be inspected. Contamination, unsalvageable due to debris, infestation, or damage will be rejected.
Clients will be consulted as needed for processing questions.
